"I would like to thank someone (who will remain nameless) for their comments regarding After Show Etiquette. They brought to my attention an episode a couple of years ago when a couple who were members of a local society (husband and wife) actually charged their society for the avocado dip which they brought as a contribution to the buffet. They didn't actually name the couple but I am sure you will all have your guesses..."
